I think its just awesome in its own right that your actually getting to compete with these guys. Id do everything in my power to have one of the drivers take the miata out for a few laps to see how good the car is in the hands of someone who does this for a living.

Damn, I am gonna hit a couple RLTA's next year, but looking @ the competition I think I will just say right now "it will just be for fun", LOL.
I might have to bring a few blow up dolls dressed in little Mazda skirts and tops and strap them to my EZ up.
Good luck out there Andrew - your car looks badass...

1. fair enough, I'm now more impressed, knowing it's an aluminum chassis.
2. Didn't mean to say they molded CF over the stock dash, it does look like a complete replacement. I'm just saying if you're going to spend the time to mold the gauge hood, put the gauges in there. My , perhaps that's due to line of sight with the lowered seat.
3. Easier shimisher, still looks akward.
4. YOU WILL NEVER STOP ME FROM COMPLAINING! My gf taught me that one.

Just found this thread Andrew, read from beginning to end. GOOD WORK!
Is it still running my old diff? Holding up well?
Pretty awesome that, as a college student, you're out there competing against some very serious competition. Keep updating this so I can continue to live vicariously through you. Do you wear any neck brace? I remember after a few laps @ LS my neck was getting sore in your car, must be even "worse" now.

Dropped by ACS for a little while today to visit Savington. Ended up helping with set up and tuning a bit. Handling is pretty balanced now I think. Looking fast, despite being down on boost. Some last minute dyno tuning at Kraftwerks and a new intake hose should bring "a bit" more speed tomorrow when it counts.
Go Sav.
