Trackmaster + GoPro = Decently cool AutoX video
 

Just a quick vid of my best run at the last local AutoX. Was using Trackmaster for Android with the internal GPS which has a refresh rate of 1hz. You'll notice the "data" is a bit laggy do to the lack of resolution. I'll have an external Bluetooth GPS hopefully running at 10hz by next time. I also picked a very windy spot to put my GoPro HD so you can't hear my car much. You can make out a woosh/whistle on occasion from the BOV buts that's about it. In the mean time Enjoy!

Nice run. Nice course! I wish we had more open fast courses like that around here. Is that concrete?

Yep an old concrete runway. It's not nearly as nice as it looks in the video. It's breaking up at the seams and the "holes" have screwed me up a few times. One good thing is grip is very good for how shitty the surface is.

open fast courses must be fun...but autox's that are 90% slaloms just dont do it for me.

Not much else you can do with a long skinny runway...
