I can't see the video (fucking work you tube filter...in fact, now that I've added "fucking" to the thread, I won't be able to open it again as it will be classified as porn).....but knowing my 2yr old girl it is of some youngster babbling INCESSANTLY in her own little language.

kids learn a lot from what they see. That kid probably has a really annoying mother.
