Default spd579 is a Scamming Piece of fecal matter. Buyers BE WARE.

2 weeks ago on 9/23, I bought a Snow Performance water-meth injection kit from spd579 listed here:

https://www.miataturbo.net/showthrea...843&highlight=

At the bottom of the first page, I asked for more details on the kit, as the picture he posted was totally uninformative. He pointed to THIS kit:

http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...7350%20%20BLUE

saying that the kit he was selling was the Flyin Miata kit minus the gauge. The Flyin Miata kit is the Snow Stage 2 Boost Cooler kit

http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=8

with the Safejection box added:

http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=13

It wasn't the exact kit I was looking for so I offered him $300:

Size: 127.6 KB

Which he accepted. I paid for it immediately via Paypal.

Several days pass with neither word from Drew, nor parts showing up at my house. On 9/28, I sent him the following PM:

Name: spd579pm1.jpg
Views: 79
Size: 118.1 KB

on 9/30 I get this response:

Name: spd579pm2.jpg
Views: 95
Size: 122.9 KB

No big deal. Life happens. I'm not worried about it. Wednesday 10/5 rolls around, and the USPS lady drops off the box. I'm home between classes, and I immediately open it up, to find that the Safejection box and the check valve that keeps the tank from siphoning into your intake manifold when you shut the car off and hydrolocking your motor the next time you start it are both missing. On top of the kit being incomplete and the Safejection box being absent, it's the WRONG kit. He sent me the MAF control box, not the pressure referenced kit. I've never owned a Miata with a MAF. This is utterly useless to me.

I give dude the benefit of the doubt and send him this PM:

Name: spd579pm3.jpg
Views: 73
Size: 117.5 KB

His response:

Name: spd579pm4.jpg
Views: 74
Size: 118.4 KB

I send this back and he starts ignoring my PMs. Note the time stamps on the mesages:

Name: spd579pm5.jpg
Views: 73
Size: 113.8 KB

Name: spd579pm6.jpg
Views: 79
Size: 108.6 KB

Name: spd579pm7.jpg
Views: 95
Size: 126.7 KB

Which finally gets a response:

Name: spd579pm8.jpg
Views: 72
Size: 134.2 KB

Name: spd579pm9.jpg
Views: 75
Size: 127.5 KB

Name: spd579pm10.jpg
Views: 60
Size: 123.5 KB

Name: spd579pm11.jpg
Views: 76
Size: 111.1 KB

Name: spd579pm12.jpg
Views: 82
Size: 108.9 KB

Name: spd579pm13.jpg
Views: 74
Size: 127.2 KB

I thought it was self evident that I would send his kit back. The only thing useful out of it is the tank. The electronics are beyond useless to me.

I don't think there's any debate to be had here. I bought a complete Snow Performance Stage 2 Boost Cooler kit with the Safejection box. I was sent the wrong kit, missing parts, and missing the Safejection box. He has been completely uncooperative, and has made no attempt whatsoever to make this right. If this is the way he acts over $300, how can you expect him to treat you if you buy something more expensive from him?

sounds pretty clear to me, spd579 owes you a refund. If you don't get satisfaction from this, paypal has explorable options than can help, and have helped me in the past.

I don't think there's any luck to be had. Paypal doesn't care what he sent me as long as he sent me something. He's obviously a worthless sumbitch, so I don't expect my money back no matter what. Oh well.

Anybody want an incomplete Snow Stage 2 MAF kit?

isn't this the same fgt that was selling an ebay churbo kit for a long *** time? trying to make it sound legit and making posts like "please keep this on topic" cause he knew everyone would tell him to throw it in the trash instead of trying to unload it?

maybe I"m mistaken

Whatever it is, its not as good as a full refund like you should get. Don't settle for his "take it or leave it" bs. That's a snake move on his part.

Get on the phone with PayPal in the morning and explain everything. You'd be surprised how helpful they can be if you have proof and keep level headed throughout the process.

This is why I don't even touch the money in my PayPal account until the buyer either responds with a positive feedback or its been 14 days since they receive the item.

He probably spent all or a portion of the money you sent, therefore sending it back wont exactly be easy for him to do without dipping into his bank account. Don't worry though, PayPal doesn't care if he has it or not. They'll pull it, you'll be all set and he'll go into the negative. Not to mention lose any credit whatsoever that he had here.

Good luck with all this man.

I'm sorry to MT.net I didn't prepare better for my defense but I've bought and sold over 10k worth of parts on here but with no problematic transaction and i never expected this two faced bitch to whine to all of you after he lowballed me, talked **** about my part, says hes just going to sell it, then cry's about it.

See what you do is, take the ratio of ***-to-mouth, divide it by the the the square root of your ********, and then solve for X. After you figure that out, GO **** YOURSELF.

1/67%.
10k worth of parts.
Yup, totally believable.

Dude, come on. I already posted the one (1) PM in which I said that it wasn't the exact kit I wanted.

I've been professional and courteous, if a little pissed off at times. I warned you several times that I would post this all in public. Including another PM after all of these that I didn't bother posting here. You have no defense because your actions are indefensible.
