Another Turbo newbie from PA

So, I purchased a 91 Turbo Miata two weeks ago...Granted not my first Miata by any stretch (think this is the 8th or 9th I've owned ), but most certainly my first turbocharged Miata. Sifting through the paperwork, Completely rebuilt 1.6L motor, Complete Greddy Turbo kit set at 5lbs boost (less than 5,000 miles),
Intercooler kit with stainless Tubing (plumbed for AIT but not installed), AEM wideband,Megasquirt Plug and play engine management system, Hallman Pro Boost Controller, Greddy blow off valve, BEGI Fuel Pressure Regulator, Walbro 255lph Fuel pump (still have the original Pump), 1.8L injectors , , receipts for an ACT HD clutch (looks like 4,800 miles ago), Mazda racing downpipe, Enthuza turbo exhaust, Mazda racing catalytic converter, ...Oh and a $50.00 "Boss" radio (go figure)

3 large boxes full of every original part taken off the car (yes, including original steering wheel and unused airbag) and then some.

Car is essentially rust free (could not find any rust, or signs of rust repairs), left fender has been replaced (all other sheetmetal that I could see quickly had original VIN tags), 2 year old aftermarket top, new shocks and springs (unknown manufacturer at this time), and a rebuilt engine roughly 36,500 miles ago (car has 165K on the odometer).

New radiator just installed (I smelled a whiff of antifreeze and thought better safe than sorry), rear differential had a slight whine upon acceleration so I rebuilt it (again better safe than sorry), bought a Hard Dog double, but have not installed it yet, now on the road (my wife is using it at the moment, but not crazy about sitting so low). Originally bought it to surprise my son, but his back issues (he had spinal surgery a few years back) make driving a stick difficult (maybe that is why he never wanted to drive mine). Since I already have a 97 SC Miata (among others ;) ) not sure what we'll do with this one. Thought about converting it to an automatic, but I may be better off just buying one with an automatic and adding a Turbo system down the road...Only time will tell

No doubt it makes power (I prefer the boost down low where I can use 92 octane), how much perhaps the next owner will eventually find out. Dyno is just not my thing, I'm more into these for the driving enjoyment these days.

Oh, and don't think any less of me because I enjoy the drive on the street.

PS: I do spend my time at the track, but not drag racing, I'm a road racer at heart. Anyone down at VIR this memorial day weekend can look me up :D :D
