Whats up everyone , im Niko and im from CT. I drive a 95 NA8C miata which i got over the summer due to a car accident , and been slowly building it up since. This past weekend i ended up picking up a turbo kit for a good deal

One time I went there and the first thread I read was about how someone heard the 1.6 was a better motor for turbo cause it came with stronger internals, better more revvyer engine, also 1.6's have oil feed port which is better for turbos. hope you guys learned lots. I did.

sorry its not like a race car like every other typical miata driver. ricer all i did so far was coils and low offset wheels. so instead of being a ******* douche and mocking there car and making me seem like this website is going to be full of asshats that will be helpless, so good job ******* up a first impression of what i though would be a helpfull website. Im from the VW scene im use to lower offset wheels and low stance anyways if you dont like it move along, im not going for a track car or anything i dont care i throw sparks at times, im going for a fun to drive car thats cheap looks good and can still have aggressive stance and be driven hard at times. clubroadster has some helpful people yes ive seen a number of stupid post on there as well. I guess every car community has there useless douche bags....

Well besides the fact that they look like a bad knock off of c4 corvette wheels except shrunk down to be like 13's then poorly expanded to be 15's again, they're heavy, and have a stupid offset.

There a replica of a Japanese wheel , hyuashi street or something like that. I wanted 15's I though they fit and look fine , the weight didn't bother me and I did a low offset on purpose.

Niko, Welcome to MiataTurbo! There's lots of great information here, great cars, and helpful people. Your stance hella flush wheels and scraping frame rails are generally going to be made fun of. If you're ok with that then you'll be fine but if you're not then you're probably going to get ticked off a lot.

Niko, you can decide if the website is helpful when mr. "prolific e-thug" makes fun of your retarded stance that has likely ruined the decent handling your car had when you bought it, or by reading the wealth of information that is here.

The handling is still really good and everyone that has driven the car loves the handling. I forgot it's more of a performance oriented forum, I don't dont want to really be low and slow , to me the car is like a go kart so I would like to increase the performance

Anyone who drive pretty much any suspension in a miata that hasnt experience an amazing suspension in a miata thinks the car handles amazingly. I was astounded the first time I raced my car (which was before I bought it). It was on bald heat cycled out RE11s, with stock sways, r-package springs on koni yellows (upper perch for 4x4 status), best handling car I had ever driven up to that point by miles.

How much travel can you possibly have at that ride height? You must be hitting the bumpstops nonstop. That can't be a recipe for "really good" handling.

That is true , my buddy had a mix of cars so I was surprised he said it , I probably will do different sway bars in the near future

To be honest the frame might hit before I hit the bumpstops.
It still handles good some of the camber probably effects it alittle, I just have really small amount of clearance

I guess it depends on what "good" means to you. Because I guarantee it handles worse than it would if you raised it up a bit.

Actually I take that back, I see you have megan **** coilovers. It probably handles better on the bumpstops.
