Default Miata Autoxer new to turbo miatas

Hi,
I have 3 miata. A 97 and 90 that are my summer and winter DD's. Plus a 90 that is for autox only and weighs 1650lbs but still uses a stock 1.6 at the moment.
I'd like to boost the autox car. I'm only looking for 150-170hp but with quick spool. I'm wanting to megasquirt it and plan on using a subaru turbo. Either a TDO4 from a wrx or an IHI RHB5 from an early 90's legacy turbo. I will be fabbing my own manifold, dp, and ic setup. I have no problem with the fab stuff, but will have some learning to do with the ms and tuning.
Here's a pic of the future turbo car:

Cool. Are you mirroring the SCCA's XP ruleset?

Pretty much. I have a few things that are not legal for xp (doors don't open, aluminum tonneau). In our local rules, I can do pretty much anything. I am hoping to do at least one tour and Nationals, so I'll have to make some changes to be legal.

Are you looking for any pics in particular? More action shots? pics of the weight savings? etc

Welcome Mike, another Toronto area guy.

I know Mike, he is stupid fast with the summer DD, he's crazy fast with the blue bullet, I don't even want to think what a turbo will do.

Mike you looking into doing a complete tube rebuild and getting rid of the stock stuff u dont need? I betcha you can do that and lose another 3-4 hundred pounds if not more, open up plenty of room and then add the hood, trunk and fenders on top just to cover stuff up.

Gary (Barbie Car) Thanks for the kind words.

I don't think it's worth it to do a tube build. It would put me up a class and I'm already pretty close to the min weight in xp. If I were to build a tube frame, I would just go all out and build a locost.
