Default Rude Roderick greets his fellow MX5/Miata/Eunos drivers

Since it is only decent to introduce yourself on a forum here goes.
I'm a Dutch MX5 driver and have been driving a 1.6NB since 2010. Although I love the handling and looks, I do think it is not as quick as it should be. Since I read that all options without forced induction only add 5-10hp at most in total for loads of money, I am educating myself in the possibilities of turbocharging my MX5 so it develops decent power without sacrificing reliability and driveability.

In daily life I am a Personal Trainer and a teacher in Excercise Physiology, which are totally different disciplines. Judging from my short lurking time I''ll probably enjoy myself here.

Cheers!

Good introduction!

Now we just need pictures of your car, and any feline companion you have in your life.

That's a handsome ride. Welcome to the forum.

The 1.8 NB cars are a bit slow so I know the 1.6 has to be a really weak performer. I hope we are able to provide any help you might need.

There are some very strong members here from The Netherlands. Post your location so it shows up under your screen name when you post so that they may make themselves known to you.
