Whats good everyone noob checking in. I've always had a like for miatas because of their potential and aftermarket support. my first love is my 91 acura legend but it doesnt have the potential a miata has! so i've recently acquired a 93 miata 1.6 which is pretty clean. i got a good deal from a miata guru in my area you guys may know him his name is kid and he has a a pretty cool shop in south windsor, ct. I eventually wanna go 1.8t with maybe an rx7 rear end or a welded 1.8 rear end. this car is just gonna be street for now but over time who knows. has lots of miles but runs excellent, no smoke, i took off the valve cover to check the timing belt and it was the cleanest motor i have ever seen! im hoping to find enough info here to build a nice 300 whp street setup, thanks in advance!

Welcome. I've met Kid before a few years ago when he was trying to sell his turbo miata.... Nice guy. I didn't end up buying his car and now I think he took all the turbo stuff off and tracks it in the spec class.

we usually get together once in a while. CT Miataturbo Dynoday was great times.

I currently have a t25, 550cc injectors, 3" enthuza exhaust, Megasquirt, Mtuned rods and stock pistons... kyb agx w/ flying miata springs and TRM C3M wheels with RS3's

My miata is off insurance right now but springtime it will come out and play for a short time before I start my bodywork / paint

Well come to the forums and better yet your from CT

As far as a 16G goes your on the right track for 300+whp on a built 1.8l with MS. My last miata made 349whp and 320wtq on 20psi with an EVOIII 16G with a stock head. PM me for more info.
