Tell us more about "Opensource".
Download free software, hook laptop to OBDII port, download code from ECU, make changes, upload to flashable stock Suby ECU. Suby ECUs are pretty advanced and everything can be changed via a reflash.

Very nice '04 Java Black Pearl wagon.

I had the very same car 'til I traded it in for the '06 Aspen White Limited I have now.

Still miss that car; it had a personality that the '06 simply lacks.

Thanks for all the props! Opensource is where it's at for sure, I ended up buying the AP before I knew all about what was out there. I've also decided that I'm not going to go too much farther with the scoobie since its the DD. Add a few stylish goodies as well as creature comforts, and dedicate the Miata as the racer. Just picked up a real EVO III Big 16g to replace the oil spitting ebay piece and tossed on some supra injectors and its off the hook. BTW anyone have a miata link for a 90 they need to get rid of cheap?
