Crazy Californian... '95 Miata

5 Attachment(s)
Hey there guys, have been a Miata owner for almost 2 years. Got into an accident a few months back & my first Miata was wrecked. The accident was the other driver's fault. Was my first car & I had grown attached to it as I made progress with it. Fortunately I received a good settlement from the insurance allowing me to purchase the Miata I have now.

Some of the goodies I have...
Black/Black w/ Montego hardtop w/ Garagestar brackets with security bolts
6 speed transmission
Torsen 4.1
Bilstein's with GC sleeves 550/375 w/ Fat Cat Motorsports tophats
15x8 Konig flatout wheels w/ 205/50R15 Federal 595 RS-R's
Mazdaspeed rear sway bar w/ 949 Racing Endlinks
Blackbird fabworx 4 point GT3 roll bar
Gutted interior
Buddy Club bucket seat w/ Gforce camlock 5 point harness
Nardi Deepcorn w/ NRG quick release w/ Momo hub
Garage vary replica lip
Rpkg rear trunk, have additional spoilerless trunk
S9 Garage TSI's
Enthuza XR exhaust
Magnaflow CA legal cat
Powerslot rotors
EBC Greenstuff pads
Goodridge steel lines

Bear with me I'm horrible with pictures. I'll update with more recent pictures, this is how it was when I first purchased it.

To the sad news, I'm currently on the search of high oil consumption. I'm already prepared for the fact that the engine is in need for a rebuild. I'm considering my options & hopefully everything goes as planned. Considering going forged for plans of boosting the car in the future. After the accident I got a lawyer & I should hopefully receive another settlement which I plan to use for the rebuild.

Thanks again guys!

I dig the yellow turn signals. I'm really considering that with mine, looks great against the black.

Northern or Southern California?

Nice looking car. I think my definition of "gutted" is different than yours.

They were covered with a yellow tail light tape for the mean while but I was going to polish the light covers & then finish them with a yellow Krylon Stained Glass Color spray can. Did my projectors with that stuff & it works well. Eventually I replaced them with TSI's since one of the turn signals had a crack forming on it.

It is, most of the parts with most weight have been removed including the trunk metal panels including the power steering rack was replaced with a manual rack.

Thanks I appreciate it. Its been a pain trying to get the oil issue resolved. Right now just waiting for some extra funds from my accident to get a cheap engine to rebuild & do the swap then go from there for some boost lol.
