Time to introduce myself. My name is Matt and as the title suggests I'm from Cincinnati, OH. I'm on my 3rd Miata yet just recently been getting into the forums. Started out on clubroadster.net and now I'm expanding my horizons. Little history: My first Miata was a Black 2002. Bought it with 30k miles slapped a Racing Beat cat back on it, and began autocrossing. After selling that and having a season in my 04' Lancer Ralliart (STS class winner I might add that year), I picked up a black 96' with about 158k on it and some definite autocrossing experience on it. Came with a Hard Dog Hard Core Double Diagonal, Tokico shocks, Racing Beat springs, and a homebrew cold air intake. I added some EBC green pads, Falken Azenis, a Magnaflow cat back, plus a couple of rattle cans worth of neon green engine enamel to the wheels, and had the funnest car I've ever owned. Then almost a year ago I had an opportunity I couldn't pass up. Found a base model 99' in Knoxville, Tennessee with 48k miles and a bad motor. Picked it up for $3200, sold the 96', got an 86k mile junkyard motor, and she was back to carving up the turns. So, now i have pretty clean, re-buildable 48k mile motor in my garage waiting to be molested. And just recently molestation has begun. Got a set of 15x8 Konig Wideopens with a +25 offset, Dunlop Direzza Z1 Sport Star Spec tires in 205/50/15, and a set of Tein springs for the autocross season to come. Also picked up the base for my engine build. I'm going to be running an ITB setup using the 42 mm ITB's off the Japanese 4AG Silver Top motor. Combined with rods, pistons, cams, valves, new ecu, bump in compression, etc. I'm looking forward to planning and executing this build. No its not a turbo, but it's what I want. Can't wait to start reading some threads and making some friends. Hell maybe a few enemies too.

Thread title made me chuckle. Well done. I'll hang up and listen.

I may have seen you around, but I can't for sure recall a white with black wheels NA. I'm in Springdale. Lived most my life in Sharonville. If you saw me you'd probably remember. I had a black 96 NA with neon green wheels. In case you couldn't tell from the pic.

My god... Those green wheels. Why?

Regardless, welcome. Always nice to see Ohio members.

Don't think I've ever seen you. I'm mostly around Anderson.
