Noob from Watkins Glen
Okay I lied, I'm not from Watkins Glen but I am from a small town outside of WG you've never heard of.
I'm a complete noob when it comes to turbo but I have been lurking around here for the last year or so.
My current miata is a 94 C Package from down south so it's pretty clean for the 140k that's on it right now. It took me to class champion in STS last year in the Glen Region, woo.
It is currently running on MSPNP2. It sits on some cheap 15x7 wheels and FM VMAXX coilovers.
I did buy an MKTURBO kit (and the oil lines) from Lars so hopefully that will be here sometime in April. I also got the CX Racing intercooler set up from ebay (with BOV that I probably won't even install) thinking it would be an easy IC install. Nope, worst machining I've ever seen in my life so I will have to come up with some new brackets to mount it. Hopefully the piping lines up close.
I also help run a local miata "club" if you are in the southern tier of NY. Mostly autocrossers and a few geriatric cruisers haha.
I look forward to you guys saving my life with all my stupid questions (that I cant find answers to using the SEARCH function).

Just WGI for the most part.
We have an oval/ 1/8th mile drag down on the NY/PA border that's been taken over by drifters.
There's also a road course being built up in Syracuse that is supposed to be pretty sweet when that's done. The SCCA up in 'cuse also runs Cherry Valley (a go-kart track) a few times a year which is pretty fun.
I'm looking forward to running the infield track at Pocono in June with NEPA SCCA. Although I will probably be running a stock NB in the E Street class since my car won't be competitive yet.
