Been lurking the for sale section here for awhile, collecting stuff to install when it warms up here.

She's a 2004 MSM, with 6100miles. Pretty close to stock, just has suede shifter/ebrake boots, apexcone slime HID, blitz turbo timer, and a catless dp.

Stuff I plan to do when it warms up include, boost/wideband guages, stiffer energy diff bushings (sitting in my garage), upgrade the intercooler, install an intake/relocate the MAF, get some side skirts painted and installed.

Welcome to the board. Ditch that turbo and put something better on :)

I don't plan on running much more than 200whp, so stock turbo stays... Besides, I don't believe there are any drop in turbo options... so new manifold, dp, etc...

My buddy had a MSM up to around 200whp with little effort. i think he just bumped up the boost a bit. Welcome to MT.net Its an awesome resource. Sucks they make you have 15 posts in order to PM people tho.. 2 more left. :)

lol

welcome to the board OP.
As you can see, we are very loving and caring around here:)

The intake to the MSM turbo is severely restricted. Opening it up to let it breath is the first thing to do when you upgrade your fuel control.

I do plan on doing an intake soon. But I want a boost gauge in 1st, and diff bushings. The boost gauge is required to set an mbc on an intake kit. The diff bushings are needed now because I sometimes mis-shift 2-3 and 4-5.

i love these cars. looked for one but they were too expensive for me. id get rid of that buck tooth first lol. you should get an autometer mech boost gauge on ebay theyre like 30 bucks and works very well.

I haven't been on these forums much. But plan on doing so alot more from here on out since I'm picking up a mspnp from reverent, and will be needing this place to get it running right.

Here's some of the stuff I've done since posting this intro thread.

My immediate future plans include getting some tires for my 15x9 set, installing my capucino bottle, and of course learning the MS2.

Hey neighbor, Ronkonkoma here. Nice job on that super low mile car, and that red pearl is a gorgeous color.

Nice to meet ya, I went to college at stonybrook, right by you. Had to transfer when I realized that school was named after the fact everyone got "stoned on the brook".
