I put a build thread up and the clutch is rated for 350+ ft lbs torque and close to that in hp

Erat 08-21-2013 11:37 AM

I had to google stage 3 clutch. Lol'd a lot.

XTD Stage 3 Clutch KIT 90 93 Miata 1 6L MX5 MX 5 | eBay

It Holds Much More torque and Horse Power Compare to Stock clutch.

for sure bro

and if you get a stage 4 flywheel it will basically make the setup stage 7

And your gloryhole is rated for a 12" shlong, but we both know neither can live up to their ratings.

Super. That might hold 180hp for a launch or two before exploding.

FRT_Fun 08-21-2013 11:54 AM

I hate to say it, and it's your car you can do with it what you want, but you have made a lot of poor decisions. I see you don't care much about performance so that's cool. To you it's more about talk.

Erat 08-21-2013 11:59 AM

I bought a Spec "stage 2".

Lasted for (and i shit you not) ZERO seconds into boost.

Pulled the car out of the garage and the clutch was slipping under anything positive pressure.

I feel like a noob and an idiot because of it, but all is well because i then joined this site and did some reading. Now i'm not having a bad time.

but bro,

do you even stance?

Erat 08-21-2013 12:02 PM

I do not.
That must of been the problem.

:(

concealer404 08-21-2013 12:06 PM

The solution is to have less mechanical grip than your clutch can provide.

Run on spare donut tires and you'll be fine.

Braineack 08-21-2013 12:08 PM

do you even stage 3?

See OP's other thread: he's already got this covered with //ST@@NCE\\

Your wide stance reminds me of Larry Craig.

LoL at the stages... Last week i heard some dude talking about his grand Pri...

"Oh yeah i'm at stage 2 right now... "

"Umm what is stage 2?" I'm thinking to my self maybe hes got a supercharger or something.

"Its a high flow intake and an exhaust."

Made me laugh quite a bit... its a fucking aluminum pipe with a filter on it and hes talking like a big shot because """"zomaygawd stage 2""""
