hi im 16 can i get 450hp out of a homebrew turbo kit for under $3000
nah im just messing with you guys.
but seriously i dont have a miata yet (i own an '89 911) im still in the research phase of the whole process and damn you guys sure do kill any noobs here. ive been using the search and find it hilarious how you guys just kill people who couldve easily searched something. anyway after this my next post will be after a few months of research. hope i tricked at least one of you!!! :loser: ;) happy to join the community though :wavey: |
I was actually going to say, "yes, but if you knew how to do it you wouldnt be posting here' you'd be doing it" I believe its actually entirely possible; if you find good deals, can weld, can do engine internal work, remember that "correct" is the enemy of "good enough", and are already starting with a car with a 6 speed.

With the way things have been going I was definitely fooled. Well played sir. And welcome!
|
LOL.
You're going to be a good addition. |
I knew it the whole time. Welcome to this place.
|
Welcome to one of the best car forums you will ever find.

That was funny. I opened this just to see the replies.

This thread was going places until I opened it :(
|
How about we ignore the actual post content, and flame away as if the title was the only thing posted? That should cure our boredom for a little while, or at least until the next clubricer reject finds us. :2cents:
Also, pics of P-car, Cats, or GTFO. |
Definitely one of the better intro posts I have seen in a long time. :bowrofl:
|
I like it!

It can't be done. Ever. Impossible. Not for more than say 10 miles.
Now go ahead and prove me wrong like a real guy. |

I reference that movie all the time and I feel like no one I am talking with gets it. Randomly-awarded props to you.

Yep, showed up fine.
BTW, you are REALLY going to like working on a Japanese car if you've grown accustomed to turning your own wrenches on Teutonic iron. |
Not a huge Beetle fan, but I'm definitely digging the Citroën. What's the story on that one?

Very nice Porsche, awesome license plate, and kudos for the totally random 2CV.
It looks like you are off to a great start in life. Stay humble and don't be a stereotype. :) |
