Hi from Miatafied in Oregon
Hi All! This forum has been a great resource for me for years, but I've never posted. I've had my '94 Miata since 2014, and for the past few years I've been documenting projects on a blog: www.miatafied.com
I've done many of the"standard" Miata projects like a coolant reroute, hard dog roll bar, Megasquirt, frame rail reinforcements, and suspension upgrades. My Miata also has some unique mods, like 3D-printed wheel center caps, a dome light from a 1996 Miata, and air conditioning from an NB. https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...70b9452f75.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...6276d3cbed.jpg |

Fellow ‘94/‘95 guy here. Love the car! Also love the layout of your flowchart above lol.
Welcome to the forum! What’s the car used or being built for? |
Welcome, I’ve tuned two red NAs at work recently, both with white number circles on them, and I don’t think this is one of them. Popular choice apparently! Car looks great, let me know when you’re ready to dyno!

Welcome to the forum! What’s the car used or being built for? When I bought it it was my only car, so it did a few years as a daily commuter. In 2015 I moved to Colorado with a set of winter tires and kept driving it year round. When I got a WFH job and a house with a garage I started avoiding driving it in snowy winter weather. Now I'm back in Oregon and drive it most of the time. My wife drives a 2005 Mini Cooper S, so we have two incredible practical cars 😂. One of the reasons I want to turbo the Miata is how quick her supercharged Mini is! I used to take the Miata to Cars and Coffee in Lafayette, Colorado almost every Saturday during the summer, I've heard there's one in Sherwood, Oregon, but I haven't been yet. Would love to try autocross some time too! |

Martin is actually the person who convinced me to start looking for a Miata way back in 2012. We worked together at Home Depot for a summer and he dated the girl who lived across the street from me. I remember thinking his red NA in the parking lot with the interior ripped out of it was a death trap 😂 |
Amanda? That bitch came to my wedding, good riddance.
Yes, I work at AR with Martin. It was a death trap. Gotta start somewhere though. Currently it's fully caged and sitting in a garage somewhere locally, bought to be built into a rally car, don't think it's happened yet though. |
LOL! I think Amanda was earlier. My neighbor was Annie.
I remember following the Lazarus build thread and wondering if that was the same car or a different red NA. |
Welcome to the forum, your blog name is great!
