Hiya

Long-time Miata.net user dropping in to say hello.

1997 Miata M edition, current setup (as of 3 days ago) was a Moss MP62.

Car is in shop right this minute getting a full FMII Hydra put on it.

Excited to move to the turbo world!

Other mods-

-Mishimoto radiator
-Magnecor wires
-Koni adjustable shocks
-FM sways
-Magnaflow exhaust
-FM high flow cat
-Mazdaspeed engine mounts
-Hawk HPS
-dynaMat alternative in trunk and doors
-DDM works single DIN steel radio/dual gauge console surround
-Polk audio door speakers
-Kenwood stereo
-clearwater headrest
-custom factory-look seats.

I have done a lot of the work myself, but my little garage in Queens just doesn't have enough light or room to install the FMII.

Can't wait to get her out on the road!

Welcome to here. When you get it moving, I want to know how much you like the sound damper material.

I put the sound stuff in when I put the stereo and speakers in. Kenwood head unit, with Polk door speakers and clearwater headrest. I put the dampener in the trunk and the inside two surfaces of the doors. Might go under the carpet sometime. So far, a lot less rattling, and less boomy by a little. The doors shut and sound solid, like a normal car. I would recommend it.

I figure the turbo (instead of MP62) will quiet it down on the highway a bit also.
