Its ok I have an obsession with black and red to the point where it gets scary sometimes it just seems that green wheels are big in drifting not sure why but it just does.

Ive seen a lot of historical/vintage race cars with lime green wheels before. Thats always what I associated it with.
Hell I had bright yellow wheels on my formula vee at one point

I don't think green wheels on a black car screams 'rice'. Especially RPF1's...It's just like any other color. I'm into techno biiiiiigtime it's all I listen to basically, and black&green are kinda rave-ish colors...

I think the del sol got stolen because I lived in a bad apartment complex and it was a clean Honda with no complex alarm system. My Miata is stuffed to the gills with anti-theft devices. I think I'll be safe with green wheels. I'm not worried about the tiny bit of weight added from powdercoating...I'll be happier when they're green.

There are worse things I could be doing. It's not rice. At all. It's a ******* color. It's not like a fake hoodscoop or universal shopping cart wing or fake buick vents or clear taillights. It's green paint.

Geez dudes, let the guy have his style. Powdercoating doesn't weigh anything worth caring about unless you're building a grand prix car anyway.

Assuming I survive the next year, my car will be lime green (ala GT3 RS) with black 6ULs when I get back stateside. If you're still in Jax we should do a photoshoot.

You seem to be pretty upset over my ricer comment on the green wheels. Calm down, it's only the internet.

There's only one good-looking set of green wheels and those are the Takata TE37s but they only look good on yellow NSXs and yellow ITRs.

I dunno I think my last two sets of green wheels were pretty sexy. I don't think anyone has done lime green 14" RPF1's yet so that's pretty awesome.

I think if anything, black car with green wheels is the best color combo (for green wheels that is)

little tiny update:

I couldn't find a 3/4 wrench to use with my 10mm socket which every single bolt was...so it took me 3 hours to do this, plus it was my first time. I'm not even done yet, but my shirt was soaked and I wrung it out like a towel. Nasty. It's dark now, so I'll finish tomorrow.

One question: wtf is this?

It's connected to a loom with even more wires, so I can't really get rid of it. What do you guys do with it?

Also, about the driver's side AC stuff. Anyone have a picture/diagram of how to remove the bolts/belt? I'm doing that tomorrow.

Last thing, if anyone needs any of this, let me know.
