How everything goin'

Name's Mike
Heard that this site would help me out ALOT with my plans to boost my 1990 Miata. It's redm and completely stock.
(I'll have some pics up as soon as I can)

A few people from "clubroadster.net" have posted some good things about this forum, when I was searching around their site.

So I just wanted to say "Hey!" to everyone, and thanks for letting me lurk around, and gather all the information I can from your site!

Thanks.

If you want to boost your miata then you have come to the right forum. Welcome, and post pics of said car. And some nudes of your gf/mom.

Ahh, pics of car hopefully within the next few days (no camera) single, and you want pics of my mom you gotta get them for yourself. I'm not gonna be the one to take those pics.

And thanks for the welcome

^^ Then no boost for you! Come back ONE YEAR! haha Some advice to you is read the stickes! They'll answer most, if not all your ?'s. There's a few guys on here from Ft. Myers if I'm not mistaken, and I live down in Naples. Don't worry guys, I'll drive 45 min and get the pics! :naughty:

I think I'm just not using the best choice in key words, cause I cant really find anything on 1.6 builds. And I read the "DIY Faq" sticky in the turbo section. And that is pretty much just telling me what I need to do, in order to properly set up a trubo.

Doesn't really help tell me choose between which route to go, either 1.6l or 1.8l

^^ You didn't read/search hard enough :). Unfortunately, there isn't a " be all end all" guide to turbocharging your car. Why? Because no one else owns YOUR car. It is largely a matter of preference and budget. Some helpful places to check out would be flyin miata or bell engineering to get an idea on what kind of money you will be spending on a nice kit. You can also choose the DIY route if you know enough to piece something together (which the DIY faq is really good for). Kick back, read, ask questions ( but for the love of god, search first), and you will get there. Welcome to the forums :)
