De-noobing
G'day
I've been racing a naturally aspirated 2001 NB8B for about 4 years now. I'm from NSW Australia. I've collected a fair few parts for boosting the car but currently I'm still researching whether I can get it engineered/registered over here. The car is going to be a mazdaspeed replica for a racing series here but first I just want to get it running. I've already got the manifold, brand new turbo and BEGI dump-pipe, 460CC injectors, ECU (map sense), water/oil lines and SR20 stud kit. I'm still researching intercoolers, piping sizes and BOV's that will support hopefully 150kw+ at the wheels.
After that I'll save money, do a lower compression strengthened bottom end and start the big challenge. Making as much useful power as possible with a CAMS 36mm restrictor for racing in the Australian Prods sports series in category 2F. Against N/A cars running 130kw+ and no turbo kit weight.
