Hi, my name is Anthony and I own a 1999 Miata Turbo. Bought it about 7-8 months ago for my daily/autocross car. So far I have enjoyed it more than any of my previous cars and I am currently experiencing the snowball effect of adding a turbo to a miata.
Bought the begi shanghai-s kit with MSPNP2 and have since added 3" dp back enthuza ss exhaust and a cxracing diy intercooler. Right now my injectors are at like 106% Duty cycle at 6700 rpms at 7.5psi so I am definitely in the market for some nice rx8 densos if anyone is selling :bigtu: Really curious about how much longer my stock clutch is going to last...so far its holding strong!! lol, I don't expect much longer. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1358098246 |
Nice car. Post some pics. Look into the popular 1.6 swaps for NB1's.
Welcome. |

I heard that begi sticker is like -50hp. probably why your clutch still works. Nice car.

In other news...just ordered some 430cc RX-8 Densos. I'm on a mission...to destroy my clutch! |
Very nice looking car. Not a fan of red personally, but the red on tan looks great IMO. Welcome!

Stock type injectors don't increase flow beyond 85-90% duty cycle due to the time it takes them to open and close. They are essentially always open at that point.
