Me noob
Hi all, I've been a member for 2yrs now but never intro. myself. So here goes...
I'm located in Sun Valley, Socal. My ride is a white 95 NA with quite a few mods but mostly suspensions and cosmetics. Looking forward to turbo my car soon but still deciding whether I want to go diy or get a complete kit. So, pls be gentle with me:noob:. Thanks |
Well welcome finally to the forum lol :)

Welcome aboard man.
How about some pics of your car. I get the feeling I'm going to like it. |

ok but pics not that great:noob:

nice ride, what rear bumper is that?
|
^^^Thanks, the rear bumper is Racing Beat.
|
:slap:
i should have known that... and thats the V2 trunk from grinder? |
No, it's not Autokonexion, it's made by AxisPowerRacing.
|
Very nice man! Adding a turbo is definitely a must! :bigtu:
So did your AAC headlights pop in without a problem or give you hell like mine did? |
Installation went smooth but the problem I have after is the light pattern is not good, doesn't really light up the road but instead it would light up every freeway signs. So night driving became something that I would try to avoid.:bang:

Nice car.
Can you comment on the windscreen? BTW, I like how the RB rear bumper looks on your car. For some reason, it looks better than mine. |
Sure, after the wind screen was mounted I felt less amount of wind blows back from the rear. So I think it helps a lot but that just me.

A windscreen has always been unfinished business with me. I've already bought 2 and I've never used either. |
I is jealous.

I'm not sure if it's lexan or plexiglass I used. I just used a large piece of card board and cut it to a shape of the open space first and then just traced it on the lexan or plexiglass and cut it out and smooth out the edges and drill a hole by each corner and then just zip tied each corner to the roll bar. Hope this helps.

Welcome.
Nice ride, I like the trunklid, although if I had one I'd paint it the color of my car. I guess it works pretty well with your black/white theme though. How did you mount your seats? Recaros are sex. |
I bought the seats already mounted to the rails.
The original owner of the seats used stock rails with Recaro side mounts. |

Who makes those rims?
|
Work, Meister S1 to be exact.
|
i shoulda guessed. IMO: 15" rims are usually the only size that looks right on a miata. I find it wierd that the miata is the only car that has a limit on wheel size visually speaking.
|
What do the steering wheel buttons do? Other than make it look like a video game, I mean.

I did tried to adjust the screws, tried to get the modules pointed as low as possible but either the modules popped off from brackets or same result. I guess maybe I have to mod the bracket's mountings to get them to mount a lil higher but there'sn't much space between Hella modules and CF housings.
Any help or pics with the right pattern? Thanks |
welcome man. I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but: I LOVE YOUR TRUNK LID!! so fucking hotttt
<--- drooling right now |
APR sure got the shape and weight right(about 4-5lbs) but the CF weave on the exterior looks like crap if you look closely in person(pics lied, looks really shinny and all huh).
I still love it though. |
I really dont care for the carbon fiber actually. If I get one (and I really want one, just not for the 400+ that they want for them) I would get it in fiberglass or whatever else kind of material and just paint it. For me the coolest thing about it is its shape, and I LOVE duckbill spoilers.
