Meet then Lurk
 

Hey all, I just picked up my first Miata. My son had one for a while so I’m not completely uninitiated. I decided I wanted one then looked for the right one and found it sooner than expected. I got a ‘94 with the R package in Laguna Blue, it’s in nice shape with 86k miles. The car is stock, unmolested except for a Jackson Racing cold air intake and, shock tower strut, and coil overs. I have the R package Bilstein suspension, the prior owner removed it to make the car more comfortable riding and lower it a bit.

This is a third car for me, garage queen, canyon carving weekend car, that I’ll likely track once in a while. I will be looking to add some HP via turbo or supercharger when I can afford to. I need to sell a BMW e21 race car project. I’ll be lurking and learning. Look me up if you are local and want to help a noob.

Welcome aboard and congrats on your Miata purchase. My son and I did 2 E30 rehabs and now on an E36 M3. Miata projects are a whole lot easier, less electrical gremlins, than a Miata. Post some pics for us - pretty sure several of us don’t even read.
