Default NC3 Miata Dreaming of Boost

Hi. This is my first post, but I've been reading posts on here for years. I've got an NC3 Miata. About a year ago I got a deal on a Kraken cast iron turbo manifold and down pipe. Today I got a deal on a Garrett 2871R. Now that I've got the turbo it's starting to feel more real. I'm just learning and slowly piecing together a turbo kit. I have a 2.5" exhaust currently on the car. Also has some coilovers, swaybars, 9" wheels, and a header.

Some things I've got to acquire/plumb-in are:
  • clutch (Clutch Masters FX350 for $499)
  • battery relocate
  • fuel injectors (Bosch EV-14 550cc for $265)
  • intercooler (CXRacing sells one for the NC for $400)
  • charge pipes and fittings (I've seen similar kits go 2" out of the turbo, 2.5" out of the intercooler, and 3" to the MAF pipe)
  • oil and water lines (I'll have to read up on making some AN lines. Currently AN-10 for oil drain, AN-4 for oil supply, AN-6 for coolant)
  • diverter valve (Turbosmart Kompact 34mm for $115)
  • Turbo oil pressure regulator (Turbosmart OPR T40 for $107)
  • seen some pretty cool custom gauge installs in the dash cluster
  • some miscellaneous budget for a turbo blanket, heat treatment, and incidentals
  • tuning (Versatuner I guess because I already have a cable)
Glad to be here, and thank you very much to those of you that have posted your builds and experiences.

NC3s respond well to boost. You're gonna love it!
