New to forum, not new to Miata's
Hello All!
This is (IIRC) my 5th Miata, my 1st NB. Have always loved their "tossability", even while recognizing their lack of acceleration as configured from the factory. I have for many years toyed with pursuing a V8 conversion, but until my custom car is completed that is mostly out of the question. In the meantime, I am considering a turbo kit purchase to up the fun factor, so my research naturally led me here. While I have always been impressed with numerous facets of the MX-5, I was not aware that one could nearly double output without dramatic engine internal upgrade... so I'm quite excited.
I will be posting shortly about my goals, and continuing in my research. I have considerable experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Miata's, as well as other vehicles. I currently custom tune many other cars (HpTuners), so I'm also somewhat excited to play with an aftermarket control system. I hope to provide some help and not just be a parasite...

Whoops... what a Noob..
2002 LS, white with black interior. 160k miles, rust here and there, some hail dings. Pics sometime soon... but she's not the prettiest thing in the world. Put new clutch, front brakes, and solved some minor issues since purchased a few months ago (like no dash lights due to the harness being unplugged..wth??).

I'm just south of Topeka, KS. Thought I had that updated on my profile, guess I'll check again!
Unfortunately I did not think ahead. I bought the car knowing the clutch was on it's last legs... so I just threw the cheap-o Exedy. I won't cry too much having to do it again. I have a giant shop and a car lift, and I like wrenching.
