New guy here from Tulsa, OK, gotta cheap NB I'm fixing up.
 

So far I've replaced the top, timing belt and water pump, coolant re route, I also installed act clutch and flywheel, stainless brake lines, v max coil overs, sway bars, stop tech brakes, and I've worn out a set of azenis, so now it's time for turbo. I sr20det swapped a b13 sentra before, and it was a lot easier and the engine management was so much cheaper.


Everyone seems to recommend the ms3, is there any reason it's $400 better than the ms2? I see it's got more fine tuning, but I just wanna run a simple t25 setup.


Also, why does everyone want to get rid of mass air flow sensors when they go turbo? I can see it's simpler, and you can vent to atmosphere but it seems like the MAF would be more precise than a map sensor. I ran a 300zx maf on my sentra, after I got the initial boost leaks fixed I had zero driveability problems and got decent gas mileage.

Ms3 has better AC control, support for vvt, more tables, closed loop boost control that works well, control for e85.... Look at the comparison on diyautotune. But yes, it is better and worth $400 more.
