Hey folks, I'm Ben from Salt Lake. Picked up a '99 in Green with tan top last January to function as my "I know it will start when I turn the key" car. (My '73 Midget was tired of the cold weather, and I was tired of messing with its carbs). Bought her with 135k on the clock, and am now at 149k. Driving the **** out of her and she hasn't missed a beat - all I've done is give a full synth oil change every 5000 miles. Definitely not the prettiest Miata on the road, but from inside I don't notice

Hoping to find good information here about how to keep her on the road for the foreseeable future, as well as improve the fun factor! I'm a motorcycle tinkerer and have built kit cars from the ground up, but I'm a total noob when it comes to auto performance mods. Looking forward to picking all your brains and keeping my baby humming like new.
