Default New From Minnesota

Hi, my name is Joel, and I am from Moorhead, Minnesota.
I drive a 1991 White Miata
Some of the mods include: Soft top removal, w/ oem hard top, K sport Coilovers, Flyin Miata sway bars, Nitto NT01 tires, Tucking99 N2 Replica fender flares, "Mazdaspeed" seats, Sparco Mugello steering wheel, EBC slotted and dimpled rotors and Green stuff pads.
I use my car mainly for autocross as I am a bigger guy, its not super comfortable to daily drive. This winter is finally time to rip apart the car, and start the turbo kit. I will be piecing together my own, using a 15g turbo from a greddy D series honda civic kit, MSPnP, 440cc RC injectors and whatever else I find. Goal is to have more hp than I do now, anything will be an improvement. I find myself downshifting into first gear way too often when racing, which is holding me back from making it higher than top 10 in my local autox club.
A few pics of my car(as it sits when racing)
... And yes, I know the stock wheels look stupid under the fender flares. I bought the Nittos to fit my stock wheels before I decided to buy the fender flares, and I race with this set up, until I burn these tires up.

Welcome. First thing I would do is ditch that style bar and get some real bracing going on. Hard dog with door bars.
