Noob dropping in to say hi!

Hi All,
I joined a week or so ago, and bought myself a MK1 MX-5 1.8 last week. I'm a member on some Subaru forums (when I used to own a WRX saloon) and thought I'd jump on here too!

Cheers

Also was considering going down the SC route with my MX5, but having seen this forum and this awesome thread, strongly considering getting a TD04 turbo from ebay and one of the T25 manifolds from Sturovo...

Any tips/advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated as my knowledge of cars is reasonable but very limited, especially when it comes to technical ability/car mechanics etc!

Cheers

Thanks very much mate!

Just noticed the NOOB sticky thread, so guess I should mention I am 27, live and work in London, UK in the Film and TV industry, I love long walks on the beach, deep conversation and being the big spoon....

On a serious note, are there any other people on here from the UK / Europe? I'm guessing most people on here are from the USA?

No need to thank the robot.

There are a couple from the other side of the pond. You'll want to check out Rhysmate's build thread, similar to what you are looking for and on your side of the pond.
