Not *exactly* a n00b.

I'm sure you all know me rather well from other Miata-related places. M.N, RoadsterChat, TeamPointless, Powerlist and/or Miata Biglist

So...

I'm 5'11", 310lbs, short brown hair.

I drive a Miata and I have 3 Pomeranians. However, I am *NOT* a hairdresser.

Does that make me a fag or what?

Depends, are you planning on using the site to find a date or turbo your Miata? If it's to turbo your Miata, then welcome.

2twisty 01-13-2009 03:31 PM

Why not both?

kotomile 01-13-2009 03:44 PM

Are you the one responsible for making the ATF flush popular?

levnubhin 01-13-2009 03:46 PM

I still can't understand how someone who has/had a turbo Miata would WANT to take it off.

Yes. I am he. several years ago, I was dealing with HLA clatter. LOTS of it, and "change the oil" seemed like a bandaid. So I started searching the 'Net.

I found people discussing ways to free stuck hydraulic lifters in pushrod engines by using ATF. So, knowing that I didn't have lifters, but that they worked in a similar manner, I decided to give it a try..

And the rest is history. It's no *my* flush... I just dug up some old 1960's tech.
