Default Long time lurker, first time poster...

Another DFW noob here...

I've had my '94 since Oct 06, and it's my DD. I've had a string of ratty 1st and 2nd gen RX-7s, but this is my first Miata.

Currently, my NA is n/a, but I plan to jump on the boost wagon this year (at least I keep telling myself that). I'm about 95% sold on supercharging, and the Rotrex sounds interesting - especially now that I hear there's an intercooled setup on the way for the NA.

Anyhow, I don't have a whole lot of exciting motor stuff going on, but here's a short list of where my money went...

'94 Brilliant Black with a black '95M interior
Hard Dog M2 Sport
Tein Flex
15x8 6ULs with 225/45 RS2s
Borla cat-back & FM hi-flow cat

I'm planning a '99 head swap along with a clutch and header before I dive into the boost.

So there you have it...

Welcome.

Sounds like a good foundation for a turbo car so far.

I'm pretty intrigued by the Rotrex as well. Have heard good things about it as far as trackability.

Yeah I read Savington's track impressions of a Rotrex car and thought it was high praise, especially coming from a turbo guy.

Here are some pics to sift through...

10/06 - Still in east BF Oklahoma

2007 - White SnugTop and the ol' Konig Rewinds

Snazzy Robbins top

2008 - Silver OEM hard top, Tein Flexes

2009 - Heading up the PCH to Laguna Seca

2009 - 6UL goodness

Hallett 2009

If you can swing it, I highly recommend a drive up the PCH...

More pics of that drive and MRLS

Man...looks like a fun day.

I dig Mr. Woolery's car a little more every time I see it.
