So what I love Mazda

Hey guys My names Ryan and im 18 years old from central Florida. About a month ago I purchased my first car which is a 2001 Miata. I got a good deal on it because it was burning oil like no tomorrow. My previous plan was to buy a rx-8 and rebuild that engine but everything is more expensive for that car.

So after much research I started dismantling my engine. Found out how badly the inside of the sleeve was scratched. This was caused from previous owner stripping out the threads for the spark plug and having new one's installed incorrectly allowing the piston to hit the spark plug chewing everything up.

I got some ebay h-beam rods and new oversized oem pistons. So I took my time rebuilding it but it's back in action and runs very nicely. I bought a miata with the plan to turbocharge it. Comming from parent loaned 1991 mx-6 gt, I can say I love turbos!

So far I've collected a few parts

Garrett t25 turbo for a nismo tuned skyline, its brand new!
bypass valve
boost controller

Right now im searching for a manifold/downpipe.

I've worked my minimum wage job for a year and a half for all this fun stuff, researching along the way. I hope to learn alot more from you guys, Thanks!

My old cars in the backround in the first picture, I love silver!

When you come back from your ban, I hope you realize that spamming your way to 15 posts then making a wtb/fs ad is a very quick way to irritate people around here.

Internet - SERIOUS BUSINESS :giggle:

This escalated quickly.

If i was your parent, i wouldn't have loaned you an MX6 GT because you don't deserve to drive one.

For a second I was excited that someone around central florida was part of the forum.... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand is gone.

Reading rules is so hard. Also asking questions and participating in discussions is hard. Starting a build thread also very hard and not useful. :fael:
