I was wondering why he didn't just hit the "refund" button on PayPal. Would have even refunded fees. Now it makes sense.

WOW. I thought this had all been sorted out. I didn't think people could be douchebags of this magnitude.

If he actually wins the money dispute AND gets the parts back, this calls for internets war.

I've been in class/ running errands this morning, and my phone wants nothing to do with this forum, so this is the first time I've been able to actually read any of this/ post. I'm pretty floored at this guy's behavior. Who is really this sorry? I'll be calling Paypal here in a few minutes. Here is the dispute email:

What he should have done is issued an actual refund. Instead he just sent money to you. I would make sure to mention this to PP.

I agree with giving the link to PP. I mean he basically says outright he is trying to screw you over whether he gets his parts back or not.

For the record, I wouldn't have banned him. He'll just come back with a new screen name and IP, and we'll have to figure out who he is next time.

Definitely link them to this thread.
Also you have (or will have once they deliver it) proof of delivery.

You can also advise them of him trying to work around their refund system and scam you. All the info is there, this will not work out the way that scumbag thinks it will.

He's not smart or intelligent enough to be a proper scammer.

I highly doubt he wouldn't do that anyway with his new reputation of being a scumbag.

We have detection for people who log in multiple times from the same IP address. So if he does try to come back we will most likely know.

I dont think that bringing his family into this **** is proper...

But, in the past I have dealt with him. Never had a problem. But, this is beyond all that I could imagine. I just cant see anyone trying this with their **** all over facebook and such.

WOW! is all that I could say as I watch this play out.

Chris, Hit this man up!

As for the scumbag seller, you hate to believe there actually are people in this world that horrible but it is what it is.

Chris unless your account is frozen, send me the money and I'll get it out for ya, then disassociate your bank account/debit card from that paypal account and make a new one. It sucks but as long as you keep your $ it's all good. I'm only suggesting this because I'm actually personal friends with Vehicular.

I appreciate it, Austin, but Paypal pulled the money from my account. I don't know if they gave it back to him yet or not. Surely they're not so foolish...

I already sent them a message via their conflict resolution system and linked them to this thread and to the pic shuiend posted of the receipt. I'm sure it will all work out.

If he has any brains the money has already been transferred to bank account and pp can't get it back unless he re-deposits it back into pp

*d'ohhh, too late

They can't see it. Have to be a member to view. May have to capture it and send to them.
