Hello Everyone! As the title says, not really new to the site, just never really posted or anything, always just used it for info for weeks prior to deciding to buy my Miata. Ive been doing research on a new project for months (since like last October) and tossed around RX8, V8 swaps with FC rx7's, 240s, and the list goes on. I finally settled on a Miata when i test drove my girlfriends dads NC. It was a blast to drive, throw into a corner and simply just was a good drivers car. As fate would have it I couldnt throw down the cash on an NC so I did weeks of research and reading up on older 90's NA's. Long story short, found myself a cozy and rough 97' M Edition NA8 - has around 190k Chassis and previous owner claims 50k on rebuilt but has a wicked nasty HLA tick which i learned a lot about in a short time.

its bone stock aside of a Mishimoto Radiator and couple electric fans.

Plans are tho -

Suspension, handling and wheels
fix the HLA tick and boost the stock motor with a ball bearing GT2554r on Megasquirt

build a bulletproof 1.8 with a 99 head for bigger boost to sum it all up! Just want a all around fun car to throw into corners and daily drive to work! lol
