1.6 Idle help needed

I have a 93 naturally aspirated 1.6 soon to be boosted(all the parts are on my bench). I've had a small issue with throttle tip in ever since I've installed my MS2 PNP (installed April of 2015 and yes, this tuning stuff is all new to me). I started looking at the idle control drop down menu to double check things I may overlooked. I had played around with the idle valve type, valve mode and valve frequency. I've put everything back the way it was prior to messing around with it. idle valve type = PWM valve (2 or 3 wire), valve mode = inverted, 100%=off and the valve frequency = 480Hz as it stands now. Now for my problem.
With the clutch depressed, the car will idle around 1000 rpm. When I release the clutch with the car in neutral the rpm's will rise to about 1600. After this started happening, I went back and loaded previous tunes to see if this problem would go away, well nothing changes. Yesterday, I pulled the throttle body of to clean it and the IACV. I also checked the ohms of the IACV which read 11.3 ohms which according to my manual says it's okay. I put it all back together and I still have the same problem. I've traced all of the vacuum lines and have found no leaks. I've sent my tune and datalog to Phil at DIY Autotune and he did not find anything that jumped out at him that may cause this issue. I'm thinking about hooking up the factory ECU tomorrow to try and verify if it's the MS2 or something with the car.
Has anyone had a problem like this? Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

your 1.6L should be using the 153Hz selection.

but to fix tip-in, tune AE.

I've been trying to verify what the valve frequency is supposed to be. If you click on the question mark next to the valve frequency is suggests using around 300 Hz for Miata's. I appreciate your feed back, but how can I confirm using 153 Hz with my 1.6L?

Well I adjusted the valve frequency to 153 Hz. Nothing happened. I then unlocked my sensor calibration and now it seems normal once again. I will play with it more tomorrow.

did you expect a miracle to happen or something?

your tune sucks, and that's why you ilde sucks. until you fix your idle tuning, it will continue to suck and do weird things -- correct Hz rate or not.

Why does the downpipe need to go down :)
