1.6 on MSPNP2, adding AFPR for E85 (N/A)
 
I currently am driving a 1.6L, with I/H/E, on a MSPNP2. And while I'm sure that the tune isn't perfect its very drivable. I'm preparing to go E85 (I'm going for the 125whp 1.6 per Emilio) and added an AFPR from 5xracing, along with a gauge. If I go to, for example, 60psi, roughly 40% higher than stock, should I up my injectors flow rate (205cc->275cc)? I know that the AE will also need tuned by hand. Anything else? Am I even on the right track here? (right now, still on 93 after I get this sorted, then E85).

Yes on bigger injectors for corn. NB1 or NB2 will do.

In the meantime, can I just run 60psi w/ the AFPR on the stock injectors?

Emilio...you're breaking my heart :) this build is based on your 125whp 1.6L post. But a little later, I can answer my own question w/ theory & practice:
Theory: using this page, I calculate that setting the fuel pressure to 60 psi instead of 43 means sqrt(60/43)=1.18, so the 60psi increases injector capacity by 18%, or for a 1.6L, from 205 to 242cc.
Practice: Based on some AutoX runs, my Duty_Cycle maxes out at 83.9 at 7100rpm and vTPS=100. I haven't logged to 7200rpm, but it appears that it shouldn't go above 85% by much.

So...it does work, but it probably would've been cheaper to pick up a set of NB1 or NB2 stock injectors...
