Retune after minor intake/head work?
So, soon, i am going to have my car down to put a new clutch in. While i have the car down, i am going to pull my head and polish the combustion chambers, intake ports and intake. Does this mean that i will need to re-tune my fuel map?
Also, i am going to remove the worthless intake manifold brace. If there is anything else i should do while i have the head off, i am looking for suggestions. Pulling the head is something i dont want to do again for a while.
Thanks in advance,
Wes

Next time I need to replace my timing belt for any reason I'll probably get at least a Gates timing belt. I'd probably be inclined to want to replace the injectors and/or fuel rail while I was in there, if I already hadn't.
The intake manifold is two bolts and comes off in less than 30 seconds (from sight of bolts to on the ******* ground). You can take it off whenever, when I took mine off I liked the extra room for the oil filter and to recap my old oil drain.

Thats what i was thinking. Since it is speed density, it cant actually measure how much air is flowing, it just calculates how much fuel to squirt based on pressure/temperature.
