Another MS3x No Start.

Recently reflashed my ECU. Triple checked everything in my harness (DIYBOB) against Franks write up as well as everything on the main board and everything looks fine. Had the car started before with a different tune, but I no longer have the computer that it was saved to, and when I flashed new the firmware it erased my previous tune.

Im figuring its a sync issue, but 2 weeks ago on the old tune everything was working fine. Thus its should be a tune issue not a wiring issue.

Also, could be unrelated but I keep blowing the "Head" Fuse in the engine bay fuse box. For trouble shooting purposes I removed the 1k resistor from my tps signal that went to ground, and my 4001k Diode from 12v to IDLE that I had added last night which were the only changes to the MS3x/wiring. Had no effect. Also tried all the different positions of lights on/off and highbeams to no avail. After about 8 30a fuses I gave up. Couldnt find any wiring shorts in the headlights or the harness for my MS. For the sake of getting the datalog I used a 40a fuse temporarily and it worked fine.

Im getting ~12v across that fuse. Something somewhere is grounding it out clearly, I just dont know where else to look that would blow that fuse. Without it, my ECU, Fan, boost control, ect are not receiving power. Any ideas?

Heres my map, as well as a composite log from the attempted startup.

Fixed.

Stupid me. Had to adjust trim pots, and change around some of the sequential settings.

If only i could get this damn vTPS to work. :facepalm
