Bought a new Notebook, tryin MS again...

So I went to BestBuy and bought an Acer noteboook for $300. This is the perfect tool for tuning a MS I think, it's small and it's limited to certain functions, no cd-rom, just a few USB ports and a 8.9" screen.
ANYWAY...I downloaded Megatune to it. I used MSPNP_Setup_021108.
I opened Megatune and changed the Lambda AFR in Configurator to Innovate LC-1.
I connect it to my MS, open Megatune, and BAM, it connects. I load MSPNP_MM9697_Base_Map_012808. I give the car a cranking, and the tach needle on the megatune display does not move. I will also mention that I pulled my injector fuse, because before when I tried to get my MS working, it dumped so much fuel that when I'd plug the stock ECU back in, it would start real hard due to being flooded out. Last time though, I could lay a spark plug on the valve cover and watch it spark, but it still wouldn't start.
Also my CLT read 95degrees, and I know my garage is cold, like maybe 55? the MAT read 215? If the MS makes the plugs fire, but there is no tach readout in Megatune...wtf?
FYI, this is a 1999 with a MS-1 3.0 parallel.
Tell me what I am doing wrong, feel free to say "you dumbass, what the hell were you thinking?" Please just point me in the right direction so this thing can run, and soon.
Thanks guys.

What EasyTherm values are you using?

Without a tach reading, you will only have it fire a single priming pulse of fuel. The plugs may spark once when you turn the key on, but that's it. You will need to fix this first. Are you running a '97 or earlier CAS, or what?

I am running a CAS from a '97. What Easytherm values should I be using?
