Bouncy Startup

Car for the most part is running great. It's a turbo'd 1.6l. Just trying to figure out the finer details of my tune. Ever since I got it running the RPM at initial startup seems to ramp up then drop pretty low, then bounce up and down a couple times before it stabilizes. I took a couple of logs of it. On the cold start the AFR shoots way up to 19.9 as the RPM hits the highest point of about 1400RPM then drops to about 520 before recovering. That makes me assume that its going to lean causing the idle to drop but I also have a log of a warmish start at 90* where the RPM does the exact same thing but the AFR is a solid mid 14s the entire time.

Any help would be appreciated and if you happen to see anything else that looks off in the log or tune let me know!
Logs and tune are attached.

Incase anyone finds this looking up a similar issue. I didn't realize right at start it reads off the normal VE table before switching to the Idle VE table. Just had to turn the numbers down in the area that the car starts on the normal VE table. They were to high there causing it to go super rich as soon as it started.

Hello,
Ive been chasing this same issue on my car as my car does the wierd bounce on startup. Where do you find your Idle VE table? Ive been playing with ASE, WUE, regulary VE table, and others, but I havent found a idle VE table. Thanks for the advice!

The Idle VE is last option in the Startup/Idle list but the Idle VE wasn't my problem on start up as it doesn't kick in until about 3 seconds after the engine fires. All the bounciness in my log was before the idle VE came on. I had to take my 100 - 0 KPa numbers in the 500-800rpm range down on the normal VE table.
