Damn, that was a bit harsh. I've been screwing with this thing for days and haven't found the problem... I've gotten frustrated and I'm not really thinking straight anymore. I asked for help here because I needed a new perspective.
If you don't think I'm MS worthy, then I guess I'm not

Per the setting.ini definitions: LC-1 is 0-5V = .5 - 1.5 Lambda = 7.35 - 22.05 AFR. (Line #57 under lambda sensor).
The JAW is programmed with the LC1 default setting, and the MS is set for LC1 input. Is the MS definition for the LC1 incorrect? If the LC1 is suppose to be 0-5V = 10-20 AFR then I need the change the MS to use Innovate 0-5V linear which matches the 10-20 AFR.
Or are you guys saying I need to change this to 0=10 and 5 =20 somewhere else?
*edit* and now I understand Reverent's post... I have it set to 7-22 on both sides though, not just the MS.

It's currently set as LC1, I'll change it on the drive home from work to the 0-5V innovate linear to see what happens. It will read off a bit, but right now it's useless so I might as well try.

The folks on MSefi are telling me that this is likely due to a really poorly setup VE table. They claim that I need to tune more to clean this up, but I'm not totally convinced yet. I was also told this might be an exhaust leak, but I have heard nothing that sounds like an exhaust leak so I'm skeptical of that offering as well. Opinions on these possibilities?

hmm next time try photo bucket. It does look like a crappy tune but maybe they are on to something on the exhaust leak It would make AF tunning damn near impossible if you had a pinhole somewhere. Abit of time looking the pipes over etc might be well spent. And could you post up a VE table so we can see how lumpy you are?

I fear I will need to put on my flame suit for this, but try a 10% shift rich on your entire fuel table. Tools/Table Transform select shift put 10 in the box, enter. use a - to go back the other way.
Its an easy try, you look lean to me. I had a similar problem with my Miata and it may have been 20% for mine to smooth out to the point I could actually tune the fuel table correctly. I am NA but the principal still applies.
Give it a try its easy to go back.
