Braineack MS3x 99-00 into a 01-05 Miata

Hi everyone, I bought a MS3x from Braineack last year and have installed it in my 1999 car with a VVT turbo setup. Install went well and I then got it tuned at a local shop. I have been daily driving the car since then with no issues. I recently purchased an NB2 (2001) car that I would like to install my drivetrain setup in as well as the MS3x ECU in the 2001 car that has a 2001 wiring harness.

I PM'd Braineack and received a response from him stating that;
"you would only need to add a pull up on the expander board to drive the alternator control. otherwise, the only difference is the harness."

I have tried reaching out to him by PM to see if he can make me a new harness for the 2001 wiring harness, and I also inquired about what exactly it means to "add a pull up on the expander board to drive the alternator control." Is that something that needs to be modified (soldered) on the board itself, or is it a setting in Tuner Studio that I need to adjust? I am going to assume that Braineack is just very busy with other ECU orders or family events during the holiday season, because I haven't heard back from him.

Anyone have any insight? I am willing to pay Braineack (or anyone) that can make me a harness for the MS3x I have to the 2001 wiring harness, as well as any soldering (if needed) in the MS3x board!

There is a wire that needs to be soldered on the board.

I'm going to convert his harness and update the ECU.
