Broadcasting AFR from Aim dash to MS3 through Can
Hi all,
I’ve got a question for those familiar with both AiM and MS3 can. I have an MXS 1.2 digital dash that also has a wideband controller and O2 sensor. I just recently installed and MS3PNP and I have connected the two via can. I would like to use the wideband controller from the AiM to send the lambda signal to the MS3. Does anybody know how to configure both the Aim to broadcast and the MS3 to receive the data? TIA |
Are you positive that the AIM dash does broadcast over CAN? I know my IQ3S can only receive.

If it were me I would run my wideband to the megasquirt then everything over can to dash just to keep everything simple and less troublesome. I'm sure you could even use the same sensor you have now.

So I have figured out how to set up the output in Aim. Except that I need to give it a hex address that is not currently being used in MS3. Suggestions?

Does it want an 11bit CAN ID? I'm successfully broadcasting data from a custom CAN controller on 0x640 & 0x641 using the following settings in Can Receiving, the AIM Dash would need to send O2 Readings scaled as 0-1023 to correctly work. EGO 1 Port would be set to CAN ADC 0x https://keep.google.com/u/1/media/v2...io/aac&sz=1006 |
