cant connect to tunerstudio :/
 

Hi everyone everytime I connect my mspnp mm9093 v1.3 to tuner studio every time It says 'serial failure to connect' or something similar to that, can someone help me please?

Are you using a serial connection on your computer or a USB connection with an adapter? Some adapters have issues.

Erm I'm using a usb to serial adaptor mate

Try a different one. There are threads on known good adapters and known problem ones.

That's exactly what I was going to suggest. At a bare minimum you need one that isn't Prolific chip based. Where are you located, maybe someone in your area can try to help out with a known working system.

Thanks guys! It works perfectly! Erm strange how a 2.99 cable works but a 24.99 didn't!
