Default resistor question?

On the resistors what way do the bands go in the pull up mod. I know this is a stupid question but i dont think that it maters but I am not sure.

It doesn't matter. Resistors have no polarity. Read the Megamanual. It will guide you and answer your questions like this.

For future diagnostics, it's not a bad idea to have all of your resistors face the same direction. It just makes them easier to read.

thanks for the posts I did look at the megamanual and it was a big help but it had nothing about the direction of the resistor and what directions of the bands should be but thanks for the idea of facing them all the same way that wil be a big help. I do a lot of metal fab and welding this is my first build with electronics.

A resistor is like a light bulb, works both ways (they're bi, like hustler).

Capacitors and diodes are different, but usually have one long lead and one short lead to distinguish polarity.
