Car runs weird at idle
 

I installed a megasquirt ecu with low knowledge but got it to run good... well for the most part. The car at idle likes to thump, I smell raw fuel at idle, and when I unplug the IAT it runs a lot better. It only shows problem at idle, when driving it runs great. Any advice
