Could anyone please confirm part fitment with 430cc injectors?

I'm looking for a set of 430 or 460cc injectors for my '95 with a MS.

These are the 3 sets I'm looking at.

RX8 195500-4450 420cc.

RX7 195500-5740 460cc
or #195500-2010 460cc

I'm asking because I bought a set of Turbo Supra injectors and they are low impedence.

Does anyone know if the above injectors are plug and play (and high impedence)

Thanks,

Mark

You can run low-z injectors with MS if you have the flyback circuit installed. I'm not sure if you knew this or not. Just throwin' it out there.

Jason,

I did know that and I appreciate the heads up but honestly, I've read so many posts of people having issues because they mis-wired, mis-grounded, forgot to run some wire somewhere, I simply didn't want to get into this.

My car has been at the dyno for almost 4 months now, I've had nothing but headaches trying to get this running. I'm so sick of fukking with it, I honestly don't want to take a change of throwing another variable into it.

Thanks though for the suggestion.

Levnuhin,

Thanks, I saw a list of all the injectors that work but that's the first time I saw one that differentiated between high and low ohm impedence. I'm just trying to simply this as much as possible.

Thank you very much.

The problem isn't so much a question of whether the ECU can take it, as much as an electrical noise issue. Most of the problems with low impedance injectors seem to have come from electrical noise in the wiring as the injectors require more current than the stock ones. Installing a resistor pack can get around this as it limits the current.

Tis okay, today I bought a set of RX7 440cc injectors... looks like plug and play.

We'll see if this cures anything.

Well it didn't work. Turns out the parts department sent me a set of stock Miata injectors. HTF does that happen??? I gave them the freakin' part number (195500-5740)

WTF.... another entire night wasted at the dyno. But hey, the bright side is, what is one more night when the car's been there since Nov.

:vash:

Geez! no wonder they looked plug & play!
