I'd recommend the MS-I PCBv3.0 with MSnS-E firmware version 029v or later. Here's an article with the major details covered as to how to set it up--

Let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist-- websales@diyautotune.com is the best way to get us but we do watch these forums too...

What's your timeframe for needing the MS? We might have a really slick solution for you soon... the cost will be a bit higher of course, but did I mention REALLY slick?

The MS doesn't need the AFM at all-- the stock AFM on the Miata also houses the stock IAT sensor though, so when you remove it you'll need to fit another IAT sensor, but that's not a big deal and is pretty standard stuff for any MS install... check out www.megamanual.com for a ton of info you can't live without when taking on an MS project-- it's a great read even if you weren't really...

the MS has a WB o2 in you just need to calibrate the specific wideband to the MS be it AEM or LC1 Cejernigan is running a AEM and should be able to give you some insight on this. No knock sensor needed. building the baord and modding the ecu is pretty involved but the wiring of the finishe dproduct is rather simple.

Order through DIYautotune. Tell them to include the spark mod resistors, they'll give them for free. You'll also want to order the PWM IAC mod kit as well, so that you can control idle. You need to decide if you want to go USB or DB9, the USB requires an adapter, DB9 is simple and they sell cables cheaper than most places so get it with your kit when you order. Unless you plan to use the stock IAT (if you even have one) then you need to order a GM IAT from them as well because you'll need it. Other than that I would suggest buying their 2' wiring bundle for making your wiring harness unless you plan to build some different style harness than what most of us use.
