Default PLX wideband issues

Hey,
Im starting my initial tuning and im having some trouble wiht the wideband. I have a PLX devices wideband o2 sensor and the megasquirt is set to wideband 0-5v. As i drive along (in a very untuned map, but still somewhat smooth) it occasionally is just turning to 19.9:1 ratio and sitting there for a while, no matter where the VE is. The car starts to sputter also and then it usually goes away after a little bit

What is happening?

You're obviously going lean. Are you sure the PLX output is 0-5v 10-20:1 AFR?

I'm glad I'm tuning on my old 1.6 motor because I've made a bunch of stupid *** mistakes.
